Each piece is carefully created by hand and made to order with close attention to detail. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our process, from delivery to care and beyond. Production All of our products are made to order, ensuring each item receives the attention it deserves. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for creation before dispatch.

Please note that each block is handmade, and may contain texture variation which is natural to the concrete. 


Power supply Orders shipping to North America (Canada, US, Mexico) and Europe include a certified USB-C power supply. 

Orders to all other destinations will receive a USB-C to USB-C cable only; you will need to provide your own certified 5V DC USB power adapter.


Shipping Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your selected address. We offer worldwide shipping, and delivery times will vary depending on your location:
  • Domestic orders: 5 business days
  • International orders: up to 21 business days, depending on location

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.


ReturnsAs each item is made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Product Care Our handmade pieces are crafted with care using quality materials, and with proper handling, they are designed to last.

To ensure longevity, we recommend to:
  • Handle with care; avoid unnecessary stress or impact
  • Keep away from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures
  • Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth
  • Do not use harsh cleaners
  • Avoid twisting or overbending the gooseneck, as this may affect its ability to hold shape

WarrantyWe stand behind the craftsmanship of our work. Each item is covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers faults in workmanship or materials under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will assess the matter and offer a repair, replacement, or suitable solution where applicable.
